DELIVERY

All products are sent with a tracked service. If your product has not arrived please contact us and we can track this for you. We will not refund any parcels stated as delivered.


RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

UNWANTED ITEMS

Unfortunately we do not accept returns on anything personalised/opened/used. If not personalised this must be returned in the same condition as it was sent out within a 14 day period. We will not cover postage and we suggest a tracked service. We recommend this, because if items get lost in the normal post, we regret we are not responsible for any items not received here. Using a trackable method protects you if your items get lost, by enabling you to claim from your chosen delivery company.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If the item you received is damaged on delivery please contact us via the “Contact Us” page or email within 3 days of delivery. Please quote your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then arrange for the damaged item/s to be replaced to you at no extra cost. We will not refund, only replace. Photo evidence will be required of the damages.

PAYMENT PLANS

You can cancel a payment plan at any time however you will loose your initial deposit and 10% of the order total. This is because we order everything for your order once the deposit is paid.

We will only post your full Payment Plan order once the order has been paid in full. You can add items at any time however the 10% charge applies for anything deducted from the plan.
